During the final conference of the SASSI project, held on 18 May and hosted by Drenthe College in Meppel, two organizations have been awarded and celebrated for their strong commitment in applying workforce development initiatives for older workers: Leer Werk Centrum from the Netherlands and Vzdelávací inštitút COOP from Slovakia.

Also, all the trainers that piloted the SASSI methodology within their own professional contexts got the SASSI Badge for having proved that they include age sensitive elements in the educational activities they carry out.

We had a great time in Meppel, having the opportunity to share good practices on how to engage and motivate 50+ people in training and how to design age sensitive learning projects, by using the tools developed by the SASSI partners.
